Return Policy for Purchases Made IN STORE 

If you need to return all or part of your purchase made at one of our locations, we will gladly offer you a full refund under the following conditions. 

1. Return is made within 30 days of purchase. 
2. Receipts are required for refunds; without a receipt a credit memo may be offered.
3. Refunda are made in the same payment form as the original sale. For credit card purchases, this means the exact card used to purchase the item/items is the only acceptable form of tender for return.
4. To receive a refund, the item and packaging must be in good condition for resale. Books must be in new condition and accompanied by original receipt or gift receipt. 
5. Sale items are non-refundable.
