Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Merchandise must be properly packaged in original carton and shipping materials and undamaged for us to accept an item for return. Please retain sales or gift receipt. All returns must be made within 30 days of shipping date. Receipt must accompany any returns or exchanges. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number before shipping the package. We recommend that you use tracking and insurance when returning your item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless return is due to a Grandrabbits Toy Shoppe error. No opened CDs or videos will be accepted for return or refund. All CD and video returns must be in original sealed packaging.

Backorder Policy

If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email and ask if you would like us to special order that item for you. We can hold the order for up to 3 weeks waiting for the backordered item to come in or send the item separately. If backordered items are sent separately, you will be charged for shipping on both orders.

Shipping

Shipments are made using UPS Ground unless you specify some other method of shipment. As noted in some item descriptions larger items may have additional shipping costs due to size and weight.

Continental U.S. Shipping

Domestic shipments are sent by UPS ground mail, which takes 4-7 days business days. Please allow a few days longer for rural areas. The shipping chart listed above is for UPS Ground Service only. There will be additional shipping charges if you prefer to use UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, or Saturday delivery. Please specify desired service (if not Ground) in Comments section of order form and we will send out a shipping quote by email for your approval.

Orders are shipped M-F (excluding holidays) by 1:30pm MST. Please allow 2 business days to process and ship orders. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will send an email and ask for a response before we ship. Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. If an order must be sent to an APO, FPO, or PO box we will use the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will email you with a shipping estimate (which will include a $10.00 handling fee) within 2 business days of receipt of the order.

Hawaii and Alaska

Orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped by UPS Overnight or 2nd Day. When placing your order, please disregard the shipping amount the website gives you. We will email you a shipping quote. You may also choose to use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Airmail for delivery. The delivery time for this service is typically 7-10 business days. A $10.00 handling fee will be added onto all USPS shipments and will be included in your shipping quote. Please specify desired shipping service in the Special Instructions section of order form and we will email you the shipping costs for your approval within 2 business days of receipt of the order.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If an order must be sent to an APO, FPO, or PO box, we will ship it through USPS Airmail and it will be subject to a $10.00 handling fee.

International Customers (Including Canada)

You are welcome to place your order on our website, but please disregard the shipping cost the website gives you. All international shipments are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping can be done one of three ways depending on the destination country: Global Express Airmail (typically 3-5 business days), Airmail Parcel Post (typically 4-10 business days) or Economy Ground Parcel Post (typically 4-6 weeks). We will email you with a shipping quote for all applicable delivery options within 2 business days of receipt of the order. Quotes will include a $10.00 handling fee. We will then hold the merchandise for ten days pending your response.

Please note that all international delivery times refer to how long packages take to get to customs of the designated country. Delivery time after that depends on that country's postal service. Extra customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the package recipient. Custom fees are due upon receipt of the package.

Drop Shipping

Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are designated by the word DROP at the end of the item number. These items are not guaranteed in stock, so we ask that you contact us for availability. When ordering, please disregard the shipping amount the website gives you. We will email you a shipping quote within 2 business days of receipt of the order. Once we have received approval for shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.
