Pressman Toy was the first company to offer a toy doctor’s bag, inspiring generations of American children while making modern medicine a little less scary, and one of the first to have a female CEO when Lynn Pressman took over in 1959. The company’s iconic red boxes have introduced millions of Americans to the joys of Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, Cribbage, Bingo, Dominoes, Mancala, and a host of other classic games.
