Return Policy for Purchases

 

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. If you need to return all or part of your purchase made at one of our locations or online, we will gladly offer you a full refund under the following conditions:

  1. Return is made within 30 days of purchase/receipt of online order. 
  2. Receipts are required for refunds; without a receipt a gift card may be offered.
  3. Refunds are made in the same payment form as the original sale. For credit card purchases, this means the exact card used to purchase the item/items is the only acceptable form of tender for return.
  4. To receive a refund, the item and packaging must be in good condition for resale. Books must be in new condition and accompanied by original receipt or gift receipt. 
  5. Sale items are non-refundable.

Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item. 

 

Note: unless the return/exchange is due to an error, we can't refund shipping charges.

 

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Special Return Instructions for Oversized Items

Some oversized items, including large playhouses, riding toys or pools may ship directly from the manufacturer. Please save your packing slip. If you need to return or exchange an oversized item, refer to the packing slip for the correct shipping address.
